film review-Slumdog millionare

"Slumdog millionare" is an exciting film about love, money, crime adventure and friendship.

First i thought the film was boring and the main issue was love, but after ten minutes watching I had changend my mind.


Jamal becomes a contestant at the indian version of "Who Wants to be a Millionare". Just before the last question he gets arrested, because they tink he is cheating. In another room he is interrogated by the police. After the beatings he explains, why he knows all the answers.


The main characters are Jamal and his older brother Salim.Their mother died in a violent act, they run away from the slum and they befriend Latika. As the story goes on Latika is sold as as slave and Salim becomes a gangster.


I really enjoyed the film. The only thing I would change is the age restriction. I recommend it for sixteen and older unstead of 12 and above. I like the messag of the fil that anybody can becomes an millionare.

Education in Austria- BG-Tanzenberg

Children with age of five years have to go to the Kindergarten compulsory. There are also three and four year old children, who attend the Kindergarten. Normal schools called “Volkschule”, which is the same as elementary school, start at the age of six years. After four years “Volkschule” the children can choose between Hauptschule and Gymnasium. There you have to stay for four years and then you can choose between HTL, HAK or another four years at Gymnasium.After nine years you arefinished with school.

In HTL you learn to work with computer and with machines. If you choose HAK you learn business economics. At the end of the school you need a Matura for graduation. The Matura is the same as SAT and ATC. After the Matura you can study in the university.

In Tanzenberg you just learn the basic education. Here you learn more languages and also old languages, for example Latin and Greek. In the ninth class choose Italy or Greek.  The mayor subjects are Maths, German, Latin, English and Greek or Italy. The minor subjects are history, biography, physics, art and design, music etc. There are also extra-curricular activities like Drama, Snowboarding etc.

My favorite subject is “Computer Design, because it´s very cool to work on the computer. My least favorite subject is Geographie, because it is difficult and the teacher is a little boring. As extra-curricular activity I do Snowboarding.

The 3 Musketeers

“The 3 Musketeers” is an exciting film about fighting, love, friendship and confidence.

At first I thought this film is would be an old one, but then when I watched the trailer, I realized that it is a modern version of the musketeers. The trailer reminded me of “Pirates of the Caribbean”.

The film is about a young man, who wants to be a musketeer. He proves himself in a fight against the soldiers of the king. The musketeers see that he can fight so they include him into their team. First he was happy about that, but then he sees that they just drink alcohol. He motivates them to begin a new mission.

The main character is (D`Artagnan) a boy from Gascony, who comes to Paris to makes his future. The three musketeers are Athos, Porthos and Aramis. Porthos is the strong one, Athos is old and wise and Aramis is the fast one.

It´s not the best movie of all time, but I like it nonetheless.  I would recommend watching this film.

There are many bands which I like, but I have no band I call my favorite. It’s very hard to find a really good song. I think my friends have different taste in music then me. If I listen to music with a friend there are sometimes great songs. I have been searching for a long time where I can get free legal music, because buying music is easy, but also expensive.

I just listen to music, if I’m in a car or a train. I hardly ever listen to music at home. If I want to listen to music, I go to "youtube". There you find almost every song and the videos as well. I don’t like earphones. After some time your ears begin to hurt and that isn’t very cool. Headphones are softer than the earphones, but headphones are very expensive. The best way to listen to music is on YouTube or on a stereo system.

Sometimes I really like disco music. I also like pop, rock and some punk songs. If there is a song I like a lot, I search for the lyrics and the notes and I try to learn them on the piano (or the keyboard).
